12-week training program with 3 strength days, 1-2 conditioning sessions, 1 anaerobic session and 2 rest days. A good program if you are experienced in barbell lifts and have been consistently training for 3+ months.
This on-going monthly training program is designed to help you improve your overall strength & conditioning. I'll provide 5 training sessions per week to help keep you on track: 3 strength days, 2 endurance days & 2 rest/make up days. Great for Army Fitness Test prep or general health goals!
